Ayesha Kashif has been associated with various organizations over her career. She has served as Teacher's Assistant, Lecturer, Project Supervisor and also an Event Organizer. She commenced working as Full-Time faculty member at Preston University (Islamabad) in 2008, bringing along extensive experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Developer, Lecturer, lesson planner and the like.

Ayesha is not one to sit back as she is consistently seeks to learn and develop on a regular basis herself. She attended a Faculty Development Program for professional grooming and enhancement of teaching skills in 2014. This was followed by an organised entrepreneurial activity to demonstrate planning, marketing, product promotion, product selling and product presentation skills to help students learn through real life exposure. During this period, Ayesha took part in certified seminars and conferences organised by the Institute of Social and Policy Sciences on Education and Education Reforms.

During her academic journey, Ayesha has earned several esteemed qualifications, form a Bachelor's in Computer Sciences (with Honours) through to a Masters in Information Technology & Business Administration. This truly encapsulates her dedication, commitment and perseverance.

Ayesha takes particular passions in her students development, where she takes the initiative in supervising final year projects of her students, guiding them from proposal writing through to presentation preparation. Ayesha is more excited than ever to mentor her prospective students at APIT in the very same way.
